A physician assistant by training and a product of both the West Side of Chicago and Southern Illinois, Jerome has built a virtual-first urology platform that addresses one of the most persistent health equity gaps facing Black men — delayed access to urologic care, including prostate cancer screening and evaluation. He brings to the John H. Henry Institute Board a commitment to translating that mission into scalable, community-informed solutions that treat Black men not as problems to be managed, but as assets worthy of investment.
